Privacy and personal data policy

2. Data we collect

Data from your Google account when you sign in: name, email address, profile picture and account identifier.

Purchase data sent to us by Lemon Squeezy: email, product purchased, amount, date and order identifier. We never receive or store card or payment details.

Content you choose to save in your account, such as calculator scenarios.

Your communication preferences (whether or not you agree to receive news).

Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics collected without cookies, and technical server logs needed for security and operation.

The values you type into the calculators are processed in your browser and are not stored unless you choose to save a scenario. In the market-data tools, the ticker symbols you look up are sent to our server to fetch the data.

3. Purposes

To create and manage your account; verify your license and give you access to Pro features; answer support requests; comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations; improve the service with aggregated statistics; and, only with your express consent, send you news about Lamcer Finance.

4. Consent

By signing in, you authorize the processing of your data for the purposes required to provide the service. Receiving news requires separate consent, which you may grant or withdraw at any time.

5. Providers and international transfer

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (site hosting) and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Some of them store data on servers in the United States. By using the service, you authorize this international transfer, carried out with providers that apply recognized security measures.

6. Your rights

As data subject, you have the right to know, update and correct your data; request proof of the consent given; be informed about the use of your data; withdraw consent and request deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it; access your data free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to contacto@lamcerfinance.com from the email linked to your account, stating your request. Inquiries are answered within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, extendable as provided by law.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will erase your data, except purchase records that must be kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

9. Security

We apply technical measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, per-user access control in the database and providers with high security standards.

10. Cookies and local storage

We only use technical cookies needed to keep you signed in, and the browser's local storage to remember preferences such as light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Minors

The service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you must use it with the authorization of your legal guardian.

12. Validity and changes

This policy is effective from its publication. If we change it, the new version will be published on this page and, for significant changes, registered users will be notified.
